About Mike and Micah Brady

Mike and Micah Brady are consistently recognized as the Santa Ynez Valley's "Top Producers" in the number of real estate transactions as well as total dollar volume of sales, and have resided in the top one to three percent of real estate agents nationwide since they joined Prudential California Realty. Their team approach contributes to their success and allows them to serve their clients with unsurpassed efficiency and expertise.

Representing buyers and sellers of property in the Santa Ynez Valley and adjacent areas of Santa Barbara County, Mike and Micah offer a portfolio of listings and sales in all prices ranges and including estates, ranches, horse breeding and training farms, vineyard land, commercial properties and single family homes. 

Mike Brady has been a Santa Ynez Valley resident since 1977. A licensed California Real Estate Broker, he has been active in the real estate field for three decades. Moving to Santa Barbara County in 1967, he graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara two years later and went on to earn a Masters Degree from California State University, Northridge in 1971. 

Committed to his profession and community, Mike served as president of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors and, for nearly a decade, as a Board member of Solvang Theaterfest where he was Chairman for two years. For the past three years, he has served as Sponsorship Chairman of the local organizing committee for the Amgen Tour of California, has been on the Board of the Pacific Conservatory for the Performing Arts, the Endowment Committee for Santa Ynez Valley Cottage Hospital and the Santa Ynez Valley Planned Retirement Community Committee.

Mike considers it an honor to have raised his family in the Santa Ynez Valley, and now feels privileged to watch his son, Micah, raise a family there as well.  
 

Micah Brady was born in Santa Barbara, moved to the Santa Ynez Valley at age five, attended local schools and graduated from Santa Ynez High School. Following in his father's footsteps, he graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1995. He became a licensed real estate agent two years later and has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2002.

Sharing his father's commitment to his profession and community, Micah also served as president of the Santa Ynez Valley Association of Realtors and as Chairman of the Board of Solvang Theaterfest. He was on the Steering Committee that raised over $1 million for renovations to the organization's theater facility.  He served on the Santa Ynez Valley Economic Forecast Committee and is a former member of the Blueprint Committee that generated the vision document for Santa Barbara County's update of the Santa Ynez Valley General Plan.
